Monthly. Our pipeline reads the BBC’s published Radio 4 schedule, identifies the book strands (Book of the Week, Book at Bedtime, Bookclub, A Good Read, Open Book), pulls each title and author, and updates the relevant month page. The combined hub Books on BBC Radio 4 is refreshed at the same time.

Do you cover books in translation, or only British ones?
Whatever Radio 4 broadcasts is what we list. The strands regularly feature books in translation — particularly Book at Bedtime and Bookclub — and we track those as published, with author and translator credits where the BBC provides them.
