BeWILDerwood is a 50-acre outdoor adventure park on the edge of the Norfolk Broads, built around a sprawling network of treehouses, zip wires, swampy boat rides and a story-world of Boggles, Twiggles and Crocklebogs. It’s properly imaginative without being theme-park shouty — closer in spirit to a story-book come to life than to a rollercoaster park. Fits ages 4–14 best, but family groups with younger siblings or older teens both find plenty to do.

What to expect on a family visit
Plan for a full day. The park opens daily through the main season and on selected days outside it (the Wild Hooo programme runs through winter). Wear waterproofs and walking shoes — much of the activity is outdoors, in mud, on rope walkways. Pre-booking online is essential in school holidays and saves money on the gate price. There’s a café and picnic areas; food can be brought in. Wheelchair and pushchair access is partial — the marsh walk is mostly accessible, the higher treehouses less so.
