It’s Open Farm Sunday

June 11, 2017 by siteadmin Leave a Comment

JusOpen Farm Sundayt a quick post to remind you that today is Open Farm Sunday. Farmers around the country organise open days so you can meet them and see what they do. See the Open Farm Sunday website for more information. Check the details of your local event but they are usually free to attend and just take a voluntary donation for a local charity which can make them a great family friendly day out.

I live in the countryside and am surrounded by farmland but my children still love attending these events to see the animals and machinery close up. The local events’s got a BBQ and bouncy castle which helps as well!  Weather permitting I’ll post some pictures when we get home.
